Medical plans
An optional private healthcare membership, managed by Plan4Health and delivered with Hampshire Healthcare Partners, alongside eligible dental or hygiene plans.
The Combined Total Healthcare Plan is offered with Hampshire Healthcare Partners. Monthly payments are designed to cover routine dental check-ups and/or standard hygiene visits, where included in your dental plan, plus the healthcare services listed here.
What’s included
- Unlimited face-to-face 30-minute private GP consultations, with the same GP where possible
- Two physiotherapy appointments each year
- Two podiatry appointments each year
- A health assessment
- Secondary-care referrals where appropriate
- Private prescriptions and blood tests where required, with additional charges
Who it is for
- Available to people of all ages, with no qualifying health check to join
- Dental check-ups, treatment and hygiene care stay at Westgate
- The medical membership is optional and is not a replacement for NHS or urgent medical care
Health assessment
- A baseline review of blood results, vital measurements and lifestyle
- A personalised discussion with a clinician around keeping well
- Initial bloods at a hub site in Winchester or Fareham, then a GP appointment once results are ready
- Booked through the healthcare provider’s bookings team
Physiotherapy
- Assessment and diagnosis of musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, joint issues or muscle strain
- Tailored exercise and treatment advice
- Help spotting symptoms that may need urgent attention
- Referral to specialist services where needed
Podiatry
- Common foot problems, including corns, calluses and verrucas
- Damaged or ingrowing toenails
- Advice on biomechanical issues such as flat feet, sports injuries and rehabilitation
- Assessments for orthotics
How it works with your dental plan
Family and group discounts
Discounts vary at the practice’s discretion. If offered, the following reductions may apply:
- 5% for two group members
- 10% for three group members
- 15% for four or more group members
